Return / Exchange / Replacement
All products purchased from the alexander.gr website can be returned for replacement/exchange with a larger or smaller size or change/replacement in the product selection, as long as stocks are available.
You will not incur return charges for the First Change. In any other case, the customer will be charged with the return and shipping costs (which amount to 4 euros).
In any case, the customer can contact the store by phone or alexander.gr via e-mail to arrange the shipping process, having the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value. In the event that the customer wishes to make a change for the same product for the second consecutive time, he will be charged with the return and shipping costs, which will amount to 4 euros in total, and will always be carried out with the organization we cooperate with.
Wrong shipment
If the customer received a product different from the one of his choice, he should inform the store or alexander.gr respectively by phone or e-mail, based on the information listed in the "Contact" section of our website, within 3 days from receipt. You will be given instructions for returning and replacing it at no charge to the customer.
